libccrtp2 software package provides Common C++ class framework for RTP packets, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccrtp2
libccrtp2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccrtp2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccrtp2 *
You will get with libccrtp2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
